The Euco mobile app connects individuals to clinicians and provides a comprehensive picture of the participants progress and engagement across 5 categories: Nutrition, Activity, Medications, Measurements, and Labs.
• Through the Euco mobile app, participants receive clinician-directed guidance in the form of simple, customized plans and document against those plans.
• Through the Euco™ Insight web application, clinicians and staff can easily follow participants engagement and progress.
• The Euco platform also provides a secure, mutually-approved communication pathway that enables direct messaging between program clinicians, staff, and their participants.
